Distribution, Warehouse, and Courier Services

Circle maintains almost 35,000 square feet of climate-controlled warehouse and distribution space convenient to our headquarters and near a northern Virginia regional post office. Currently, Circle employs an experienced distribution services manager and 13 full-time warehouse staff who manage shipping and receiving, mailing, inventory, and storage activities. Because we operate our own modern distribution facility, Circle is able to handle sudden workload surges and can readily negotiate for additional storage bays and temporary employment for short- and long-term projects. Services include:

• Materials storage, including receiving, bulk storage, and secure storage
• Inventory management, including periodic physical counts
• Order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping
• Materials assembly
• Mass mailings processing
• Bulk shipments
• Exhibit management, including storage, shipment, inspection, and maintenance
• Courier services throughout the Washington, DC, metropolitan area.
