Travel and Hotel
All Tribal events will be held on the Agua Caliente reservation in Palm Springs, CA. Because of the high number of attendees expected, event rooms and sleeping rooms have been reserved at multiple facilities.
The Interdepartmental Tribal Justice, Safety, & Wellness Government-to-Government Consultation, Training and Technical Assistance Session (Tuesday) and the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Annual Consultation Session (Wednesday) will be held at the Palm Springs Convention Center. Participants planning to attend these events should make their reservations at the Agua Caliente Spa Hotel.
The Office for Victims of Crime-sponsored 11th National Indian Nations Conference (Thursday through Saturday) will be held at the Wyndham Palm Springs Hotel. Participants planning to attend this event, or this event and other events at the beginning of the week, should make their reservations at the Wyndham.
Hotels are within a 5-minute drive from the Palm Springs International Airport and offer complimentary airport transportation. Hotels are within walking distance of the convention center.

The Agua Caliente Spa Hotel is reporting that it is SOLD OUT on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and the Wyndham Palm Springs Hotel is reporting that it is SOLD OUT on Wednesday evening. Cancellation
Hotel reservations must be made by November 21 to ensure the group rate and must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Hotel reservations made after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space- and rate-available basis.
Airport Locations
Palm Springs International Airport is less than 2 miles from the Wyndham Palm Springs Hotel and the Agua Caliente Spa Hotel. Ontario International Airport is 70 miles from Palm Springs and is the closest Los Angeles area airport for conference attendees who cannot fly directly into Palm Springs. Conference attendees arriving at Ontario International Airport and driving to conference hotels in Palm Springs can find driving directions here.
Transportation From the Airports
Palm Springs International Airport maintains a service desk, located inside the terminal near baggage claim, to assist the traveling public with transportation needs and questions. Conference attendees can access free hotel shuttle service by using the airport courtesy phones in the airport baggage claim area. The Ground Transportation Service Desk is open and staffed 7 days a week with assistance available from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. The Ground Transportation Service Desk may be reached by phone at 760-318-3830, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Guests can access free hotel shuttles by using the airport courtesy phones in the baggage claim area.
